Jatiluwih Rice Terrace is a serene and stunning natural landscape highlands. The area is nestled on the slopes of Mount Batukaru, Bali’s second-highest mountain. Nestled amidst the majestic waves of the Indian Ocean, Tanah Lot Temple stands as an iconic emblem of Bali’s spiritual and natural allure. Perched atop a rugged offshore rock formation, this ancient Hindu sanctuary captivates visitors with its dramatic silhouette against the sunset-streaked horizon. Probably for this reason it is one of the most photographed temples on the entire island. Pura Tanah Lot was dedicated to the god of the sea and is one of the most important temples on the Bali island. The place owes its foundation to the priest Danghyang Nirarta. The saint spent a night on this rock. For this reason, the Balinese built a temple there. In the temple there is also a sacred spring. From this spring flows drinkable fresh water, although the temple is surrounded by salty sea water.
