COURSE BREAKDOWN
The EFR course is divided into two core components:
Primary Care (CPR):
Learn how to handle life-threatening emergencies. This includes providing effective chest compressions,
rescue breaths, and managing scenarios like choking and serious bleeding.
Secondary Care (First Aid):
Focuses on injuries or illnesses that are not immediately life-threatening. You’ll learn how to assess injuries,
bandage wounds, and manage illnesses until professional help arrives.
